Booking & Contact Information
When you submit a booking request or contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any design details or reference images you choose to share. This information is used solely to communicate with you about your appointment.
Usage Data
We may collect basic anonymous analytics data including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic region (city/state level). We do not track individual users across other sites and do not build advertising profiles.

Appointment Communication
We use your contact information to confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, and follow up regarding your tattoo consultation. We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
Portfolio & Photography
If we photograph your tattoo for our portfolio or social media, we will always ask for your explicit verbal consent beforehand. You may decline at any time. If you have previously consented and change your mind, contact us and we will remove your image.
No Selling of Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Full stop. Your data stays with us and is used only to serve you as a client.

How We Store It
Booking inquiries and contact form submissions are stored in a secure, access-controlled system. Only Bob and his artists have access to client contact information, and only as needed to fulfill your appointment.
Retention
We retain client contact information for up to 2 years after your last appointment for touch-up follow-up purposes. After that period, your information is deleted from our active systems. You may request deletion at any time.
Security Practices
Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable and industry-standard precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your Rights
Access & Correction
You have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if anything is inaccurate.
Deletion
You may request that we delete your personal information from our systems at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days.
