Why We Take a Deposit

Securing Your Time

Custom tattoo work requires dedicated studio time and advance preparation. A deposit reserves your appointment on our calendar and covers initial consultation, design sketching, and material allocation before you arrive.

Fair to Artists & Clients

Deposits protect our artists from last-minute cancellations that leave gaps in the schedule, and they give you a clear commitment that your slot is held for your project.

02

Amount & Payment

Typical Deposit

Deposit amounts vary by project size, artist, and session length. Your artist or the front desk will confirm the exact figure when your appointment is booked. Deposits are typically collected at booking or within the timeframe stated in your confirmation.

Applied to Final Cost

Unless otherwise noted, your deposit is credited toward the total price of the tattoo on the day of your appointment. It is not an additional fee on top of the quoted work.

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods posted at the shop and confirmed during booking. If you need a specific option, ask when you schedule.

03

Cancellations & No-Shows

Notice Windows

If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a new deposit for future bookings at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Work

Deposits compensate for design time and blocked calendar space. Except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing, deposits are generally non-refundable once your artist has begun meaningful design work or your slot has been held close to the appointment date.

04

Rescheduling

Moving Your Appointment

We understand that life happens. Contact us as soon as you know you need to move your date. In many cases your deposit can transfer to a new appointment if you reschedule within the policy window discussed at booking.

Questions

If you are unsure how your situation applies, call or email before the appointment date. We would rather sort it out early than leave you guessing.
